MARKETING CONSULTANT RETAINER
A marketing consultant retainer is available for businesses that desire monthly consultation or coaching for marketing projects, marketing plan implementation, training, and ongoing support services. This service is provided through a 90-day, renewable agreement.

Dreamtime Marketing offers marketing audits and strategic planning services. Strategy and planning are so vital to effective marketing that all of our serious marketing clients start here.
Your Digital Audit and Marketing Strategy Plan provide you with a customized blueprint to connect, build, and maintain relationships with your dream clients to in turn grow your business.
We start with a 30-minute Discovery Call. We will discuss what is most important to you. What are your goals and dreams for your business? What are your greatest marketing challenges? What are your pain points? Who are your ideal clients? What have you tried? What is working and what has not? Where do you need the most support? What are your resources (people, time, budget, tools, etc.)? Are there any major changes anticipates in your business?
Next, we schedule a Strategy Planning Call. We send you some worksheets to gather detailed data for the call and obtain access to your marketing assets, social media and digital accounts, websites, analytics, ad accounts, etc.
Once completed, we use the latest social intelligence tools to complete a digital audit, research how your brand is currently performing online and on social media, perform a competitor analysis, determine target market influences and interaction, and more. Based upon your goals, interviews with team members and clients can also be included in the process. We assimilate all of the research and formulate your personalized Strategic Marketing Plan.
The plan may include organic and paid social media, content marketing, video marketing, email marketing, sales funnel, messenger marketing, PPC, offline marketing, etc.
The final step is your Report of Findings Call where we share the findings of the audit process and your Strategic Marketing Plan. The finalized strategy plan details how social media, local and offline marketing can help you reach your overall objectives, using both organic and paid strategies and tactics. It also provides a daily implementation plan — which can be followed by yourself or someone on your team.
At the conclusion of the report of findings call, we present your options for moving forward to implement your plan. They typically include one or more of the following:
- A marketing blueprint that you or your team implement yourself.
- We train someone on your staff to implement the strategy.
- Retainer agreement to provide ongoing consulting, support, and services as needed.
